for all the stories and all the music you play. I am 49 years old
and grew up in Santa Ana, Orange County, Calif. I grew up in the
same neighbor hood my father grew up in ( Santa Anita ). When we
were kids I remember hearing music and my it brings back so many
memories. I am very fortunate to still have my father with me. My
father used to belong to this car club in the 50's called the " Mid
Nite Cruisers Santa Anita " well alot my friends father were in that
club also, so some 50 years later all of my friends started to build
old chevitos from the 30's to the 50's. I myself has a 1947 chevy
fleetmaster sedan. My father passed down his original car plaque so
with that one we started a tribute to the original Mid Nite
Cruisers. We all run these old style plaques just like they did in
the 50's, one thing all of us decided was not to be a club, but to
be a tribute group to them. Every year my nieghbor hood has a
reunion and they have such a great turn out of gente from the same
place ( lots of Memories ) We line up all our cars (18) and the
original Mid Nite Cruisers get such a kick out of it some even have
tears as they think of the old times. We are always asked to be back
every year. I felt like sharing this with you., Thank you very much
